This year's venue for Rugby Expo is the home of the Rugby Football Union and the England rugby union team, Twickenham Stadium. The venue has also in the past played host to a number of major rugby league fixtures and so is well known to all fans and teams from both codes.

Working in partnership with Twickenham Experience, we are certain that the venue meets the requirements to deliver on the extended plans for Rugby Expo 2011 and that our vision for the event can be achieved at the stadium, utilising its first class conference and events facilities.

This year's exhibition will take place in the Rose Suite, a dedicated exhibition area of 1,200 metres with easy access to all the rooms being used for the plenary sessions and Master Class workshops.

While the first day's main plenary sessions will take place in the Rose Suite, using a bespoke stage built to be part of the exhibition floor, on the second day, with a larger grass roots focused audience expected, the main plenary sessions will take place in the LIVE Room, which is adjacent to the exhibition floor and has a capacity of 550.

Throughout the two days of the event, Rugby Expo will run a series of Master Class workshops which will take place in the four Brunel suites, located on the first floor and within a 30 second walk of the exhibition floor.

With the Spirit of Rugby suite being used for the Rugby Expo Awards Dinner, our aim is to maximise the rooms the venue has to offer while ensuring the design and scheduling of the event will lead to a permanently busy exhibiting floor alongside bustling break out rooms and plenary sessions.
